Turns out, Rosa Mexicano is very gluten-free friendly. The guacamole is superb. The corn chips are not gluten-free as there is no dedicated fryer, but the yummy corn tortillas are a fantastic alternative ( update April 2013 - apparently the chips are now made in a dedicated fryer, but I still prefer the warm tortillas) .
